Job Description

    1. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
      • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
      • Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer solutions.
    3. Product Promotion and Education:
      • Promote paint products and services through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
      • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application methods to drive sales.
    4. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
      • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
      • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
      • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
      • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and make informed decisions.
    6. Sales Support and Coordination:
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
      • Provide support to sales team members and assist in coordinating sales activities.
    7. Compliance and Documentation:
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
