    Telesales Executive Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.Telesales Representative Duties and ResponsibilitiesPersuading customers to purchase Accurate record-keeping Error-free processing Lead generationQualification of Telesales Executive:o High school diploma or Diplomao Bachelors or associates degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.o Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.Experience: 3 years products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website Development/ Mobile APP)Call Target: Daily 60 connected Calls.Lead Target: Monthly 25 Lead Generation. Incentive: 10 % Incentive on sales value (For example: your monthly sale value is 1,00,000/- in a month, your incentive will be Rs.10,000/-)Working Days: 5 days (Tuesday Saturday)Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pmNotice Period: Immediate Joining.BENEFIT: We are looking for people who wants to work and grow professionally, personally and financially by earning on their terms.
