Job Description

    Hi!We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Marketing Executive specializing in Lead Generation to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through various communication channels, and nurturing leads to conversion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the hospitality sector to generate leads and identify opportunities.
    2. Utilize various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects and build relationships.
    3. Gather and document key information about potential clients, including their needs, preferences, and contact details.
    4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    5. Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and progress towards conversion.
    6. Provide accurate and timely reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and outcomes.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
    Qualifications:
    1. Proven experience in tele marketing or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects.
    3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building.
    5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
    6. Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools is preferred.
    7. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its key players is an advantage.
    8. Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
