Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team!As a TelesalesRepresentative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal of achieving your sales quota. As a TelesalesRepresentative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach. Tele sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
    • Persuading customers topurchase.
    • Accurate record-keeping
    • Error-free processing
    • Lead generation.
    Qualifications ofTelesales Executive:
    • High school diploma or Diploma
    • bachelors or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
    • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.
    Location: Nagpur- (MIHAN SEZ) / Gujarat- Gandhi Dham Experience: 2 years products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website Development/ Mobile APP) Call Target: Daily 60 connected Calls. Lead Target: Monthly 25 Lead Generation. CTC: Rs.1,80,000/- to Rs.2,16,000/-p.a. Incentive: 10 % Incentive on sales value (For example: your monthly sale value is 1,00,000/- in a month, your incentive will be Rs.10,000/-) Working Days: 5 days (Tuesday Saturday) Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm Notice Period: Immediate Joining. No. of Position: 2 each Location
