The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in product sourcing and merchandising, a keen eye for market trends, and a proven track record ofdriving sales and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer electronics andaccessories.Key Responsibili%es: Sourcing and Supplier Management:o IdenBfy, evaluate, and establish relaBonships with third-party accessory suppliers, both locally andinternaBonally.o NegoBate terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to ensure compeBBve pricing and favourableterms.o ConBnuously assess supplier performance and make recommendaBons for improvement. Product Selec%on and Merchandising:o Curate a diverse and appealing selecBon of third-party accessories that complement Apple products andresonate with the target customer base.o Collaborate with the markeBng team to develop aEracBve in-store displays and online product lisBngs thatdrive customer engagement.o Regularly update and refresh product assortments to align with market trends and customer preferences. Sales and Revenue Growth:o Develop and execute sales strategies to promote third-party accessories and drive revenue growth.o Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and effecBve upsellingtechniques.o Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and idenBfy opportuniBes for improvement. Marke%ng and Promo%on:o Work with the markeBng team to create targeted campaigns, promoBons, and bundles that highlight thirdpartyaccessories.o Develop compelling markeBng collateral and product descripBons to enhance the customer shoppingexperience.o Monitor the effecBveness of markeBng efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Data Analysis and Repor%ng:o Collect and analyze sales data to measure product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.o Prepare regular reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and insights.o Use data-driven insights to opBmize inventory levels and product offerings. Vendor Rela%onships and Nego%a%ons:o Build and nurture strong relaBonships with third-party accessory vendors, focusing on mutually beneficialpartnerships.o NegoBate favorable terms, pricing, and markeBng support to maximize profitability. Cross-func%onal Collabora%on:o Collaborate with various departments including sales, markeBng, and operaBons to align strategies andachieve common goals.o Provide input for inventory planning, demand forecasBng, and stock replenishment.
