Job Description

    1. VP/AVP, Human Resources - NBFC (6-10 years), Nagpur Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and coordination of company HR functions, develop and implement corporate HR strategy and programs;- Formulate strategic plans for recruitment; training and organizational development, employee engagement and retention;- Design and develop compensation strategy and programs to achieve organizational objectives and ensure regulatory compliance;- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management;- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives;- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses;- Recommend and establish company HR policies and procedures;- Manages employee relationships across organization and address any grievances; and- Work with department managers and corporate staff to establish and implement short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.Qualifications and Requirements:The Applicant should have the following experience/ qualifications: - A post graduate degree in Human Resources;- 6-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in financial services domain. The position requires a candidate with the domain knowledge of Financial Services preferably working in an NBFC / housing finance company / bank;- Knowledge of laws and regulations as relates to employees, compensation and benefits; - Strong decision making and multitasking skills; and- Extensive team leading experience.CTC 20 to 25% Hike on your Current CTCThis job opening was posted long time back.
