Find ways to work together with this end goal in mind. Goals are often set which require a first part collections agent to make a specified number of calls or reach an average payment size or dollar amount collected. Negotiate a payment date of the customer s debt. Maintain the best customer experience possible achieving the collection goals. Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas such as general customer servicing inquiries, calling on delinquent accounts to get the account back in good standing, negotiating payment schedules or conveying applicable offers, and adherence to all scripts, regulatory guidelines and procedures.Define Sutherland reputation: Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Credito Real s service standards.Consistently deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI s.
