Job Description

    We have an opening for the position of Admin Executive for a Reputed FMCG Company for the Chunabhatti location.Job Location: Chunabhatti (Mumbai)Work experience: 2 Years and above (Experience in Administration)Qualification: GraduationAge:24 to 30 YearsJob Responsibilities:
    • Submit all documents/ reports which Corporate Headquarters(CHQ) requires.
    • Sales data management/analysis.
    • Control center stock.
    • Control center materials.
    • Control sales cash.
    • General affairs and support to sales staff.
    • Making a list of the invoice for the payment of organized retailers.
    • Managing petty cash (petrol/diesel, parking fees, etc.).
    • Maintaining & updating the Petro Card details.
    • Receiving cash and cheque and deposit to the bank.
    • Maintaining the outlet list.
    • Updating Visi cooler list and inventory status.
    • Keeping stock of Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
    • Checking the morning stock is taken and evening return.
    • Summarizing monthly material inventory status.
    • Conducting and supervising all other administration works (like business cards, uniforms, etc.)
    • Helping the special tasks if any.
    • Communicating well with all sales staff.
    • E-Invoicing preparation and handover to Sales Representative (SRs).
    Candidate Profile:
    • Male candidate with a pleasant personality.
    • Comfortable working in teams, punctual, sincere, polite to others, and good communication skills (English & Hindi).
    • Flexible for transfer (Goregaon & Chunabhatti)
    • Must have strong computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word).
