Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring AGM Sales Strategy (Real Estate Residential Projects)Industry: Real Estate Location: MumbaiCTC: Open to Discuss Requisite:MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing with 10+ yrs of relevant work experiencein the real estate business.Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Residential Sales including market dynamics.Devise and implement creative sales strategies (including pricing, extent of promotion, positioning of property in appropriate market segments, etc)Competent with Sales / Broker Network / IPCs / Cash flows & Accounting / Presentation skills / Computer skills.Market knowledge preferable with Developer / Brokers & Channel PartnersTo analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment.To identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale, align and invest in business.To access cost, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices.To estimate sales volume and profit for current and new productsTo evaluate revenue and P&L sensitivities for changes in forecast assumptionsTo manage the entire spectrum of Sales for Property portfolio of the company.
