Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets in CSD/CPC channel Continuously monitor, report, and take appropriate action along with quarterly performance review (Internal team/Accounts) Ensure timely fulfilment & high fill-rate across CSD/CPC depots in coordination with supply chain/logistics Coordinate with CSD Team to ensure effective merchandizing across all CSD/CPC canteens. Ensure high rate of account renewals with favourable terms of trade. Identify & onboard new national accounts and setup favourable terms of trade Create & manage excellent business relationships in HO for all national accounts and build a favourable company image in the Consumer Durable Space. Ensure commercial hygiene for the account- finance meetings, claim release & settlement follow-ups & meetings, Agency management, Account reconciliation Track competition activities in the channel and counter actions. Responsible for new product listing and effective stakeholder management with CSD and CPC head office. Desired Candidate Profile:- Expertise around leading CSD/CPC accounts/portfolio.- Proven & deep knowledge of sales & distribution system (preferred in FMCG, Consumer Durables space)- Strong financial understanding P&L, driving profitability, account reconciliation, ROI measures etc.- An analytical mindset and methodical approach - extensive excel and business presentation skills.- Acute attention to accuracy and detail.- Excellent networking, assertive communication & excellent stakeholder management skills.
