Job Description

    We have an opening forAVP Marketing for leading Mutual Funds company.RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting the function head in creating a marketing strategy and plan for yearly campaignsDesigning, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining andimplementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.Accountable for digital assets(websites, landing pages and micro-sites etc.) - design, production, UI,UX, management and reviewAccountable for brand performance marketing, digital and mainline media plans and spends.Coordinating with team members and vendors/agency partners to build brand awareness and generating innovativeideas to promote the brand/product through New Fund Offers, Product Promotional Campaigns, Investor AwarenessCampaignsCreating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across allchannels (online/offline)Ensuring effective coordination for the marketing team members with other functions and internal customersRegular coordination with Creative, Media, Digital, Content and Social agencies to ensure timely delivery ofhigh-quality marketing communication and contentCollaborate with agencies to plan implement and campaigns/ initiativesEnsuring periodic evaluation of the vendors and agencies by arranging for monthly/quarterly reviews of theirperformanceWorking with agencies to formulate a Digital Marketing plan involving Performance, SEO, SEM, & Database (Email,SMS, Chat) marketing, in line with the business objectivesSetting and execution of the social media calendar to achieve the KPIs, in line with business goals.Ensuring that the team stays up to date on the latest MF industry & marketing trends, regulatory changes &competitor activitiesTimely reporting of the performance of the marketing function through Marketing DashboardsPlanning and managing the execution of all marketing initiatives, with focus on Digital & Offline campaigns.Accountable for design, production & distribution of online & offline marketing materials viz. websites, landingpages, newsletters, micro-sites, calendar, mugs, product brochures, standees and various marketing collaterals.Ensure a best practice and quality control culture is deploy on all marketing campaigns.Webinar, Events, SEO, Website management, Referral marketingSocial media & marketing for the brand with planning all social campaigns, strategies and communicationManage brand advertising and promotional budgetTechnical & Professional Knowledge requiredStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsNISM VA CertificationMicrosoft Office Powerpoint, Word, Excel.Google / Adobe AnalyticsWorking knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager.
