Manager - Billing - Pharmaceutical IndustryShould be Commerce Graduate/PG with minimum 5 years experience in handling the Billing Department in Pharmaceutical IndustryWould Handling the Team of Billing Executives and all related functions . Would be responsible for managing :1.Generation of Performa invoices;2. Preparing Tax invoice, e-way bills, credit note, debit note;3. Preparing Goods Return/Receive Notes to the Super Stockiest, distributors, government supplies, tender supplies across India;4. Processing scheme claims of stockiest and Business associates;5. Preparation ledger of all Super stockiest and provide to Sales coordinator for reconciliation with accounts.6. Solve issues in this regard and provide Final Ledger to Business Associates / Stockiests ;7. Preparing reports on sales and submitting to GM-Sales and management;8.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of the orders for the business units of Company;9. Perform QC tasks daily for the invoices created by teammates, ensuring all details listed are accurate and complete ;10.MIS for Billing Invoices and Delivery notes and details of quantities etc.11. Preparing Reports / MIS and submit to the Management
