Building and Running a world-class NextGen IT to enable Business OutcomesThe Business Relationship Manager will play a key role in achieving our Visionby identifying Digital Interventions for Manufacturing & Operations, beincharge of managing Technology Portfolio related to Manufacturing &Operations and work in an Agile and Product-centric IT environment. Responsibilities**Maximum 7 bullet points** --- Opportunity Identification and Consulting for Digital Interventions * Drive Innovative Platforms and Solutions within Manufacturing to create Value for Business * Source and proactively identify the right opportunities and guide internal customers through products / services taking into account their long term aspirations and goals * Identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries and advise key business stakeholdersRelationship Management * Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders within the Manufacturing Function and shape IT / Digital / Data Initiatives related Demands * Act as the Voice of the Customer. Represent the internal customer in designing solutions and managing technology / service portfolios * Prepare & execute monthly governance meetings focussed on the discussion of the key questions, service performance, new opportunities, strategic initiatives, finances etc.Business Case Identification and Preparation * Lead preparation of Business Case * Document results of business analysis, conduct cost-benefit analysis and prepare detailed presentations to obtain sign-off from Functional Heads * Shape key metrics and indicators to assess value delivered by the solution and identify potential improvements Project Delivery and Support * Be involved in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and effectively manage projects within schedule & budget in coordination with Internal Delivery teams and / or Implementation Partners * Facilitate UAT / User Trainings to ensure high acceptance and ease of use of the product by end users * Ensure Value Creation and Value Capturing through solution adoptionYour Profile**Maximum 3 bullet points** --- Education / Qualification * BE / B. Tech from Tier I / II colleges * MBA from a premier institute * Exposure to State-of-the-Art Manufacturing-related Solutions and Opportunity Areas * Strong understanding of Advanced Analytics * Certification in Supply Chain & Operations and related concepts / tools / techniques will be an added advantage Experience**Maximum 7 bullet points** --- * 12-18 years of experience with excellent functional knowledge of Manufacturing and Operations in Manufacturing or FMCG or Retail domain. Knowledge of Building Materials Domain and Best Practices will be an added advantage * Proven track record of creating Digital / Technology-enabled & Data-driven solutions addressing critical business needs.
