Job Description

DescriptionMain responsibilities

  • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the team s plans and objectives are achieved
  • Analyse business requirements and user needs to agree detailed functional and technical specifications and plans, drawing on input from specialist colleagues within the programme
  • Create Requirements Specifications, Use Case Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Process Flows, Robustness Diagrams and Domain Model as well as standardized a process that decreased requirements gathering and analysis time.
  • Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.
  • Ensure enhanced processes and services are technically, operationally, and legally supported by analyzing and compiling business requirements solidifying successful implementation.
  • Strengthen risk mitigation techniques and improved process efficiencies while meeting stringent regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement methodology and scope for multiple complex projects.
  • Utilise strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps and inconsistencies within current measurement tools, allowing development of improved and cost-effective business models.
  • Coordinate and facilitate extensive user interviews and workshops to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications
  • Conduct meticulous GAP analysis while successfully re engineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives
  • Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation
  • Meticulously analyzed complex data, staffing plans and variances to recommend solutions to improve revenue per call and customer satisfaction/retention
  • Collaborated with management and external stakeholders to identify and implement changes to systems and processes to increase call center efficiency
