Job Description

  • Responsible for gathering and analysing the banks requirements.
  • Drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the bank according to feasible requirements and ensuring develop- ment within timelines.
  • Reviewing Functional Specification Document (FSDs) to ensure that the low-level functional requirements are met.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure total and shared understanding of requirements.
  • Proactively identify gaps and call-out risks to project deliveries and communicate them to stakeholders and provide support to the consumer during UAT and go live.
  • Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing and production moves.
  • Planning, Monitoring & Documenting Project progress.
  • Responsible for receiving and implementing the change requests.
  • Administrating and modifying the current system to meet requirements of bank by change request management.
  • Handling and managing the incidents
  • Tracking and prioritizing incidents and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Conducting of manual User acceptance testing for implementation of new requirements, change requests, product configurations.
