As a Business Development Executive for an Architectural and. Engineering Design Consultancy, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the architecture and engineering sectors. You will play a crucial role in promoting the consultancys design services, securing new projects, and expanding the client base.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and target potential clients within the architecture and engineering industries, including architectural firms, engineering companies, construction companies, real estate developers, and government agencies.2. Proactively seek new business opportunities by initiating meetings, attending industry events, and networking with key stakeholders.3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and develop effective business strategies.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging an understanding of their business goals and objectives.5. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized proposals and innovative solutions that align with client requirements.6. Prepare and deliver captivating presentations, proposals, and project estimates to clients, effectively showcasing the consultancys expertise and unique value proposition.7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and favorable terms for the consultancy.9. Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement.10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and progress towards revenue targets to the management team.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field MBA2. Experience in business development, sales, within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.3. Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering design processes, principles, and industry trends.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.5. Ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate successful project acquisition.6.
