Job Description

    • Position: Calling Specialist
    • Job Shift: Night
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international Voice Process.
    • Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.
    • Job Location: Navi Mumbai
    • Salary Range: 3,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum
    Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects. They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Clients objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.Responsibilities:
    • Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
    • Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.
    Skills/ Expertise:
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Must have a Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
    • Must have a clear voice and must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
    • Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    Note:This position is open only for male candidates willing to work in Night shifts.Candidates who have appeared for our Voice process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this opening.Candidates with notice period greater than 45 days (non-negotiable), please do not apply.Candidates with only Domestic Call Center experience are ineligible for this profile.Regards,HR Team
