Job Description

    1. Make programs as per customer drawings2. Prove 1st job on machine and handover machine to operator3. Check all dimensions/parameters as per customer drawings4. Align next load on all VMC and HMC machines5. Check daily production load and efficiency of all operators6. Design fixtures and tools as per job operations7. Design tools and improve programs to reduce cycle time and improve productivity8. Attend production meetings to meet PPC requirements as per customer plan9. Keep track of all production operators as per load requirements10. Give weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports to plant head and management on regular basis.
