TCM Services currently owns three companies in the United States of America, and have their Shared Service Centres based out of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.Responsibilities Executive CSR (0- 2 years of experience) Handling inbound and outbound calls. Receive calls and record significant information. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs, activities and other information. Identify the needs of Driver & Brokers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
