Job Description

    Job RolePosition: CyberArk SME - Privilege Identity ManagementWork Location: RCP, Navi MumbaiEducational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalentAny other graduate with strong relevant experienceWork Experience: 04 Years 12 years of relevant experienceCertification:CyberArk Defender (Preferred)CyberArk Sentry (Good to have)Flexible on working hours and ready for 24/7 support model in a complex and be on Top environmentRoles & Responsibilities Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM Execution of day-to-day Identity and Access Management control activities using the CyberArk tool for 365 * 24/7 complex operations like on-boarding accounts, Account management, Platform Management, Safe Management, and system health check Timely resolution of Common issues like user un-suspension, connection issues, CPM user out of sync, PSM session connection issues etc. Creation of Master polices and. platform management in CyberArk along with report generation in PVWA, user creation and groups creation in PrivateArk Onboarding accounts in bulk using PUU and deletion of accounts; safe creation and modification Working on Compliance improvement and sustenance Monitoring and Management of CyberArk PIM Infrastructure Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases CPM policies management or redistribution Patch Upgradation on all CyberArk components servers Troubleshooting of CPM, Vault and other components Support project team on new administration concepts for CyberArk Performing CyberArk DR Drill & setup Batch-Import using PACLI and manual Performing version upgrades Creating Technical Documentations including but not limited to SOPS, LLD, HLD, Architecture Diagram Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, users server login issues and user permission issues as per requirementsKnowledge & Skills Expertise in managing incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM Expertise in providing PIM (CyberArk) support operations on day-to-day basis within defined SLA Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Administration Practical experience with Incident / Ticketing Tools Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the following directories: (Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory) Fair understating of CyberArk Rest APIs Hands on experience on Platform management, Safe management, User management and CPM compliance management via CyberArk Fair understanding of DR management and component configurations Experience in creating runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagrams Good to have experience on application installation and CyberArk Rest APIs,
