    Job DescriptionPurpose / Key Objectives of the JobIM Services is the global service delivery unit responsible for the (End-to-End) IT services provided to the businesses and functions and the end users across the globe.The Delivery Manager Network and Internet Access (N&IA) is responsible for ensuring the provisioning of the Network and Internet Access services globally.Manages the service performance, operational delivery and agreed budget for the N&IA services.Key member of the IM Services delivery working together with the rest of the IM Services team on driving business continuity and user/business experience towards the businesses and functions and global end user community.Analytical and structured are key words for this position.This position requires a person who is highly self-motivated, understand basic troubleshooting, and must be able to multi-task in a fast faced global and multicultural environment.Analytical and structured are key words for this. positionResponsibilities Service Owner Service Manager Delivery Owner and Supplier Manager (Supplier) configuration manager Ensuring critical issues and problems are resolved with your help Providing essential input in network issues and problem solving Landscape Manager SLA and escalation manager Financial control Service Introduction Manager Incident and Problem ManagerJob RequirementsExperience / Education Masters degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent based on practical experience Professional with minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure including 2-4 years managing IT services & professionals across diverse geographies and organizational cultures External vendor management experience in an international context Knowledge of the manufacturing/ process industry Knowledge of best practice solutions in the shared solutions space Experience in relevant infrastructure services. Demonstrable ability to act autonomously, analytical and structuredKey Generic Competencies Basic understanding of the core network services like SDWAN, DNS, IP, etc Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to remain neutral toward technology, vendor, and product choices, as well as to be more interested in results than in personal preferences Ability to balance the long-term (or big-picture) and short-term implications of individual decisions Ability to see the whole picture (helicopter view) as well as being able to focus into the detail Excellent integrator and ensure cooperation between supplier(s) and internal resources Fluent in written and spoken English Dedicated to reach and maintain high quality standards Strong analytical skills Ability to influence internal and external partiesWe are a global specialty chemicals leader.
