Job Description

Greetings.!Client: MNC Chemical CompanyDesignation:Distribution Planner and Customer order management (COM)Experience: 2+ YearsCTC: Max 4.80 Lacs + Variables + Other benefitsQualification: Graduation MandatoryLocation: Turbhe, Mumbai (Currently WFH)Order Management: -

  • Perform Sales and Delivery Order Management tasks
  • Handle customer complaints via Non-conformance Management (NCM) system
  • Ensure Credit Debit notes are raised timely as per business request
  • GST related queries to be managed with relevant team on timely basis
Distribution Management: -
  • Monitor Forecasting process to capture demand for each BU on monthly basis
  • FG availability as per month Forecast for every Business Unit
  • Collaborate with Tolling site coordinator for production update and dispatch plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with Warehousing and transport teams for operations
Functional/ Technical Competencies:
  • More than 3 years experience in customer service / supply chain
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication skills
  • Well versed with SAP S&D and MM module.
  • Good knowledge of the business Sales order processes
  • Service excellence competencies
  • Ability to collaborate within and outside the team for servicing the customers
