Job Description

    To handle complete costing portfolio and ensure accurate management of costing data. To share all costing related data to various stake holders and management with valuable inputs. To Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and annual costing reports Monthly Closing Activities Stock Valuation of Work in Progress & Finished goods & RMPM To Prepare of Inflation or Deflation Report of Raw Material or Packing Material or Other Goods Preparation of Ageing Report of Stock Preparation of CMA data for Bank in their std format Monthly Overtime Hours & Labour Hours Analysis Circulation of Daily Production Reports along with comments for further Analysis Co ordination with Engg Team for Utility data & summarized the Utility reports Product Cost Working Support of Monthly Quarterly Inventory count Variance Analysis Standard vs Actual Preparation of Product Overhead working Reviewing the Mfg Cost expenses in detail like Production consumables or Lab Consumable etc on Monthly basis. Support in Preparation of Yearly Budget Activity for Mfg Plant Monthly Budget vs Actual cost Analysis for all the Department Regular review of Cost Centre Booking to get detailed cost by Product line Monthly Preparation of MIS report for Management Review & Monthly Review Meeting Preparation of cross functional Saving work for Management Analysis Yield Analysis summary report Prepare profitability analysis, ratio analysis Cost reduction, cost control and budgetary control measures. Reporting to VP Finance, Cost & Accounts
