Job Description

    Are you a Supply Chain Operations Executive looking to work at a world class service company Would you like to help asset owners in Oil & Gas and Marine Industries maintain their engines better by handling end-to-end orders of business worth INR 10crore Does interacting with vendors and suppliers from over 10 countries excite you If you are a young Supply Chain Management Executive working in Order Processing/Order Management/Commercial SCM, and are looking to scale your career, then choose Neptunus. Roles and ResponsibilitiesActivities :On time Delivery (Velocity)
    • Preparation of Quotes within agreed timelines and ensure high responsiveness
    • Sourcing long lead items locally or through other channel partners to ensure on-time delivery of spares and goods.
    • Timely & Accurate monthly MIS Data reporting of all Parameters from SAP & CRM
    • Checking Neptunus Stock for availability of certain spare parts and goods to ensure on-time delivery
    Quality
    • Bring rework and rejections down to
    • Ensuring all Quotes that go out are technically verified
    • Ensure the right part numbers are quoted
    • All audit internal as well as external with zero NC
    • Zero error in Documentation( shipping documents; quotes, invoicing etc)
    • Adherence to Neptunus QMS and departmental processes
    Cost
    • Correct Estimation at the time of Quotation.
    • Ensuring throughput on all orders is maintained
    • Negotiating better rates and delivery timelines and payment terms from suppliers
    • Sourcing new suppliers for non-standard orders
    • Timely submission of Invoices & shipping documents to the accounts.
    • Ensure Timely Vendor Payments
    • On-time return of core material
    • On-time receipt of credit notes from suppliers
    Desired Candidate ProfileKnowledge/Skills/Behaviors:Must Have (M)/ Nice to Have(N)
    • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations (Spares & Services) - M
    • Working in a team, and good exposure in dealing with foreign Vendors; Logistic partners. Prefer exposure to Sales process - M
    • Ability to communicate to multiple customers at a time regarding their order status: high level of accountability and organization to ensure high response rate - M
    • Strong Written and Verbal English - M
    • Some background in pre-sales or inside sales - N
    • Sound MS Excel Knowledge - M
    • An inclination to ensuring customer delight: not shying away from speaking to customers everyday about the status of their orders - M
    • Experience of working on SAP B1 -M
    • Knowledge / Exposure to ISO standards; QMS Audits and Adherence to Process and Process Improvements. -M
