Job DescriptionThe Manager is owner of the F&A process in NPS Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) and is responsible for planning, team management, and first class delivery of the F&A services within the specified SLA to internal customers within NPS He will also lead the new entity transitions across NPS globally.Essential:Very good accounting knowledge.Hands on working experience required in minimum one area( P2P or O2C or R2R process). Experience of managing a team would be added advantage.Customer focused approach with Continuous Improvement mindset is a must.Demonstrable can do attitude with willingness to learn.Strong, performance-orientated person, able to function in a dynamic environment.A solid team player that has natural leadership skillsAbility to exert influence, with good cooperation and motivational skillsEnthusiastically welcomes new initiatives and naturally handles multiple tasks.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Task orientated at a team and individual level.Works in a collaborative and inclusive manner within the team.Good analytical and effective communications skills both oral and written.Desirable:Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)Fluent and wide-ranging vocabulary in English is absolutely essential.Advanced level of Microsoft Office.Working / expert knowledge of SAP FI module required.,
