As the Head - Legal, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to support our Agri Trading Business operations. This position is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the legal field.Qualifications and Skills More than 15 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus. on Agri Trading Business Strong understanding of Agri Trading Business and Agri Commodities Trading In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance Ability to provide strategic legal advice and mitigate legal risks Proficient in laws related to export/import of agricultural produce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of managing legal disputes and litigation Experience in managing relationships with external legal counselRoles and Responsibilities Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures for the Agri Trading Business Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters, particularly those related to Agri Commodities Trading Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, both domestically and internationally Manage legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues and support business objectives Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to Agri Trading Business Handle legal disputes and litigation, as necessary Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters,
