Job Description

    Designation: HRJOB DESCRIPTION Working days and working time Days: - Monday to SaturdayTime: - 9.00am to 6.00pmFacilities/ Benefits other than salary: Paid leave post probation & BonusJob role (Responsibility)
    • Implement the HR policy developed. Align with vision and mission of the Company.
    • Make salary sheet
    • Keep track of holidays
    • Recruit people for vacancies.
    • Provide the rules, regulations and alignment with vision and mission of company to the new joining candidates
    • Check and clear outstanding statement of outgoing candidates.
    • Address staff grievances and escalate if required to management.
    • Liase with labour consultant for compliances.
    • Ensure all compliances are done in time bound manner for all staff and vendors
