  1. Requirement gathering from users and preparation of documentation for Analysis, Process workflows & designing the solutions.
  1. Effectively handling multiple works related to SAP Business One.
  1. Design / Modify Custom reports using Crystal reports / SQL
  1. Editing System PLDs, Creating Formatted search and Transaction notification.
  1. Creating UDF, UDT, and UDO as per requirement.
  1. Maintaining backups, Restore backups.
  1. Continuing support, Conducting End User training.
  1. Coordinate with vendors for Addon related issues or SAP high-level issues
  1. Managing user accounts.
  1. Timely resolve the user and system issues.
