Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish HR objectives and policies in line with organizational objectives.
    • Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices for all designated employees.
    • Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
    • Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an on-going basis and conducting performance review.
    • Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company.
    • Arrange one to one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with the companys policies and procedures.
    • Perform root-cause analysis of HR related issues whenever escalated.
    • Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development
    • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition
    • The Candidate would be expected to know and be proficient in all the HR processes and must be in full control of all the processes.
    • The Candidate would be expected to be able to work on daily productive tasks in any of the HR processes.
    • The Candidate would be expected to ensure that SOPs / Checklists are present for all tasks that are performed in the HR processes and are up to date.
    • The Candidate would be expected to ensure there is no backlog in any of the HR processes.
    • The Candidate would be expected to coordinate with Management in case of any issues / obstacles observed in any of the HR processes.
    • The Candidate would be expected to continuously work towards automating the teams tasks so as to increase the efficiency and quality of the deliverables of the team.
    • Position: Manager - Human Resources
    • Job Shift: Day
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR operations with minimum 3 years in Team Handling role
    • Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.
    • Job Location: Navi Mumbai
    • Salary Range: Upto 16,00,000 p.a

    • Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate and it may vary based on experience and skill set.
