Job Description

    GreetingsWe are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter(Hybrid) with experience in the BPO, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry to join our dynamic team.
    • We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter with a focus on the BPO & BFSI sector to drive our talent acquisition efforts.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry.
    • This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify individuals who meet the qualifications and cultural fit for BFSI roles.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Work closely with HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with overall HR and organizational goals.
    Eligibility:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Grad 2024 appeared with excellent English can apply.
    • Minimum 6 Months of experience as an HR Recruiter, with a focus on BPO & BFSI roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for positions within the Banking, Financial Service.
    • Salary up to 20k Incentives
    • Thane (Hybrid).
