Job Description

    The Human Resource Recruiter for Student Placements in the MEDIAMITRA -Digital Marketing training institute is responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies to connect students with suitable job opportunities in various companies. This role involves designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy, conducting interviews, and managing administrative tasks to ensure seamless placement processes. A strong focus on excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality is crucial for establishing successful relationships with both students and potential employers.**Responsibilities:**1. **Recruitment Strategy:**- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to connect students with companies looking for digital marketing talent.- Collaborate with department managers and industry professionals to understand and anticipate job market trends and needs.2. **Job Descriptions and Specifications:**- Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and specifications for various digital marketing roles.- Perform job and task analysis to define clear job requirements and objectives.3. **Recruitment Material and Job Postings:**- Prepare compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, and distribute them through appropriate channels like job boards, social media, and relevant industry networks.4. **Candidate Sourcing:**- Source potential candidates using various tools, including databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.- Utilize innovative methods to attract top talent, such as participating in industry events and organizing webinars.5. **Screening and Selection:**- Screen candidate resumes and applications to shortlist potential matches for open positions.- Conduct interviews using various assessment methods to evaluate candidates technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.- Utilize selection tools and methods to ensure efficient and effective filtering of candidates within set timelines.6. **Assessment and Onboarding:**- Assess applicants knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes relevant to digital marketing roles.- Collaborate with the training institute to ensure students are adequately prepared for interviews and assessments.- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.7. **Administrative Responsibilities:**- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions.- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the institutes management and concerned departments.- Handle administrative tasks related to documentation, communication, and coordination throughout the recruitment process.8. **Relationship Building:**- Establish and nurture strong relationships with students, companies, and industry professionals to promote successful placements.- Act as a point of contact for both candidates and employers during the selection process, addressing their inquiries and concerns.9. **HR Best Practices:**- Stay updated on HR recruiting best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance student placements.- Promote the institutes reputation as a preferred source of skilled digital marketing professionals.**Requirements and Skills:**- Proven work experience as a recruiter, with a focus on student placements or a staffing agency environment.- Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews, including competency-based and technical interviews.- Familiarity with selection processes, including video and phone interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build influential relationships.- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Location: Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Ghatkopar
