Proficient in English Language, should be able to draft emails and coordinate withinternational party. Maintaining contracts, communication and mails of all existing international suppliers. Maintaining and daily updating MIS reports of all communication with potentialinternational suppliers. Follow up with the new clients on daily/ weekly basis. Build strategic, professional and ethical relationships with existing && potential partners. Assist management in developing of procurement policies, procedures, processes. Monitor the daily running processes in the Import department and direct reporting todirector. Manage, control, check and ensure issuing of all Import documents in a timely manner.Job Description for Export Executive:Surf new export clients on internet. Send mails for enquiries && cold calling. Following up for replies. Dealing with the product and company registration or merchant export inthe different market with the different regulations. Appointing new business partners across countries. Maintaining relation with existing clients and take updates on dailyenquiries. Coordinating with clearing agent for timely export of goods. In case of experienced candidates:a. Having good network of Pharmaceutical distributors, importers,Pharmacies, marketers in Africa and/or LATAM and/or MENA markets.b. Through own contacts should get queries for international tenders &&merchant export requirements. (in case of experienced candidates).Knowledge and connect with companies in foreign regions, statedabove, for registration of products and participation of tenders.Mandatory Requirements:1.
