Job Description

Profile: Inside Sales Executive-FederalLocation: Navi MumbaiEducation: BCOM or AboveExperience: 3 - 5years.CTC: as per market standard.My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be, byWe are looking for who should be commercially strong, have the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3 or more years experience as an Inside Sales Executive/Coordinator in Machine Tool Industries.
  • The candidate should be commercially strong, should have current knowledge of industry trends and GST regulations, have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Import/Export process, Letter of Credit and its Process
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Review each machine, accessory order received, and input the order details, terms, delivery details, and other relevant information in ERP & CRM.
  • Order Registration & Order Acceptance/Proforma Invoice to customer
  • Interact with internal partners, create Quotations, process orders into the D365(ERP) System & Generate Tax Invoices in D365.
  • Present order, shipment, backlog report from ERP on weekly basis.
  • Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office including very good knowledge of Excel (Advance excel formula knowledge)) and in using systems.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Constantly challenging himself to learn more and become better than he is today and every day.
  • Should know how to make quotations & work on tenders.
