Job Description

    Dear Candidate,There is an urgent Job Opening for the position of Project Manager- Interior at Thane, PFA the JD for the same and revert at the earliest.Experience: 5yrs+Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs.Should have worked with Turnkey Contractors; Knowledge of BOQ; Bill checking, Vendor Management, and client handling.Should have worked on sites.Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects.Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.Estimate material requirements and costs, and present the design to the client for approval.Confer with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.Advise clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories.Formulate an environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or selling merchandise.Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, artwork, furniture, and related items.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.We request you to go through the JD & if this job description suit your profile & you looking for a change then revert with following details.1.Current CTC2.Expected CTC3.Current In Hand Salary4.Notice period5.Total Experience6.
