We are urgently hiring for Lead IT Business Analyst.Experience - Minimum 10 yrsCompany Type - MNCLocation - Mumbaiwork fromofficeCTC - maxi 18 LPANotice period - Immediate Joiners upto 30 daysInterested candidates can share updated resume on hidden_email or also contact us hidden_mobile.Job Description -Roles and Responsibilities -1) Conduct analysis, planning, requirements gathering and logical design of a software product byworking with internal and external customers.2) Gather business requirements from Product Owners/Stakeholders create user stories andwork closely with technology teams to create system requirements.3) Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and develop an understanding of currentproducts and technology in order to design and implement solutions to meet the business needs.4) Responsible for the creation of various artifacts such as use cases, data flows and processflows for specific features within a project release5) Participate in the development of best practices, project standards, procedures, and qualityobjectives, including metrics for assessing progress6) Utilize established project standards, procedures and quality objectives7) Conduct project kickoff meetings, communicating individual roles and project/programexpectations8) Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project9)Lead the release planning and set expectations for delivery of targeted stories10) Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion ofRelease/Sprint Goals11) Research and analyze the market, the users, and the road map for the product. Follow ourcompetitors and the industry.12) Be updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsSkills and Competencies -Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skillsCandidate from Regulatory Reporting, Capital Market, Financial Accounting domain background, XBRL SDMX, ISO 20022 are encouraged to apply.RegardsHR Shivangi Bhandarihidden_mobile
