Meet expectations and deliverables on time and with high quality. Demonstrate a keen eye for finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualisation, and more. Foster a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team. Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs according to company standards and client needs. Interact with clients and users to understand their needs and improve products, websites, and applications. Design and implement design systems and components, including input controls, navigation elements, and informational components. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Utilize user feedback, analytic metrics, and usability testing to enhance user experience. Lead the execution of all design stages from concept to final hand-off for development. Design user experiences for software applications using interaction flows, design patterns, and medium to high fidelity prototypes. Possess deep expertise in design tools such as Figma and Protopie for designing, prototyping, and wireframing. Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.What will you do 1) Your responsibilities will include creating design prototypes, features, and specifications based on user insights. Youll ensure that expectations and deliverables are met with impeccable quality and a deep understanding of our clients and users. With your keen eye for design principles, layout, visualisation and alignment, youll infuse a spirit of innovation and creativity within the team, keeping the flow of new ideas constant.2) Lead the execution of all design stages, from concept to final hand-off for development, ensuring a flawless outcome.Design exceptional user experiences for software applications, leveraging interaction flows, design patterns, and medium to high-fidelity prototypes.3) Reviewing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs will be an essential part of your role, aligning them with ProCreator standards and client needs. Youll also engage with clients and users to gain insights into their needs, driving the development of superior products, websites, and applications.4) In addition, youll play a crucial role in designing and establishing comprehensive design systems and components, troubleshooting UX problems, and incorporating customer feedback and usability findings to enhance the user experience. Youll lead and mentor internal resources, applying strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems.Requirements Proven experience designing user interfaces for mobile and web platforms. Minimum of 3 years in the UI/UX field, showcasing your expertise and accomplishments. Familiarity with UX methodologies, including research, interviews, personas, competitor analysis, sitemaps, wire-framing, responsive design, and prototyping. Ability to translate user experience journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, guided by UI principles. Strong background in building and utilising design systems, with proficiency in Figma. Excellent communication skills to convey design decisions effectively and choices to clients and stakeholders. Willingness to mentor junior designers, supporting their growth and providing constructive feedback. Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges. Proactive approach to proposing ideas and maintaining design standards across projects. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication. Bonus points for experience with prototyping/motion design tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
