Job Description

    Qualification: A bachelors or masters degree in law (LLB or LLM) is essential. Should have a valid Advocate License. Additional CS/CA qualification will be an added advantage.Skills: Excellent Legal Knowledge i.e, well versed with Labour Laws and Civil laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Good in Legal Research. Pre-requisite: Experience in Legal Drafting, Vetting, Legal Documentation. Persona: Self-driven & Go-getter.1) Visiting the concerned court/ tribunal and Require to handle cases pertaining to NI 138, civil summary suits, rent control maters, arbitration, etc. for filing, arguing, follow up, etc.2) Should have a good knowledge of International law, Contract Laws, Arbitration Laws in connection with Legal research, updated laws and there applicability.3) Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting of Documents, agreements Like: Leave and License, NDAs, MOU, Business agreements, etc.4) Taking forward all the litigation by or against the company to their logical conclusion.5) Review progress for various litigation and keep informed the management.6) To monitor and innovate practical and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in litigation.7) To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to legal issues.8) Drafting of notices and replies of the same.9) Providing legal and documentation support for all strategic business decisions internally to various departments.10) Follow-up with external Lawyers on matters assigned.11) Maintaining legal data- Like an MIS of company cases pan India.12) Providing sound and practical legal advice pertaining to corporate and commercial legal issues.13) To mentor and drive efficiencies.14) Proven capabilities in liaising with Governmental departments, courts, tribunals, and external agencies.15) Providing practical legal solutions to the organization and devising strategies to solve and mitigate legal issues.16) Excellence in verbal and written communications.17) Excellence in handling E-courts, Bombay High Court websites18) Ensuring compliances of all statutory obligations and maintaining records.
