Job Description

    1. Legal Advice
    • Forecast and Manage Legal Risk
    • Provide Strategic and Operational guidance with Legal perspective
    • Reviewing Contracts
    • Identify potential legal risks
    1. Collaboration
    • Work with Key stake holders and ensuring business integrity
    • Propose efficient systems in place relating to compliance of high impact policies
    • Coordination of ROC and secretarial activities with the Company Secretary
    • Manage external legal professional services as required
    1. Contracts & Documentation
    • Drafting sensitive and high-value legal documentation necessary for business operations, mergers and acquisitions, tender bidding, and contract acquisitions
    • Manage Legal Documentation and Filing
    • maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
    • Manage Legal negotiations for mergers and acquisitions, tender bidding, and contract acquisitions
    High-level drafting and vetting skills of various types of financial documents/partnership deeds/LLP Agreements
    • Expert knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation / FDI / RBI Regulations/Corporate Laws/ IBC
    • Exposure in reviewing/drafting of lenders documents for obtaining financial closure in Debt Funding Transaction/Private Equity Transaction including Shareholders Agreement.
    1. Legal & Compliance
    • Handle litigation and non-litigation
    Candidate Profile:Candidate must be LLB/LLM/CS with over 8 yrs of experience in Real estate domainMust have good working knowledge of contract drafting & agreement draftingGood Knowledge of Legal documentationKnowledge of RERAGood Communication & team managing capabilities.
