Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible to contribute to the Companys sales objectives by driving sales and building long term client and agency relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive increased revenue to achieve the companys overall growth target responsibility.
  • Ability to think through innovative media solutions for client requirements.
  • Conceptualize and execute business expansion strategies to accomplish top and bottom line profitability.
  • Should work on assigned clients, deep dive in to their media concerns, their pain points and look at all possible solutions by using the array of in house solution support we have and strategize and pitch solutions to the client.
  • Offer 360 degree solution to clients by leveraging the in house expertise and work towards increasing the clients ROI.
  • Formulating, presenting and seeking approval on monthly and quarterly annual plans, projections and reviews.
  • Managing relationships with clients, agencies, PR, and all other ecosystem relevant for our business. Building relationship with key clients, agencies and stake holders.
  • Will be responsible for compliance of all sales related protocols like pricing, negotiations, barter deals, ground events, campaigns etc.
  • Understanding the key pain points of the client and offer solutions is the key purpose of the role
Eligibility
  • Bachelors Degree in any stream with a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from a reputed Institute preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of hard core Corporate Sales experience in Media or any other industry
  • Should have independently handled revenue size of 7 to 8 crores.
  • Corporate Sales experience is a must
  • Industry of clients managed : FMCG, Automobiles, GEC, Top retail
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing challenges opportunities in hand act immediately
