    We at Jio are hiring for State Head Fiber Business Lead - Manager Home Care SupportKey Requirements Total Experience - 10 years Education Qualification - MBA/Post Graduation Work Location - Ghansoli, Navi MumbaiJob DescriptionJob role is to support & enable geography teams to handle care operations effectively. Also, plan periodic regular cadence to understand key issues faced and do corrective actions. The role holder will work very closely with owners within care function and cross functional, to ensure superior customer Experience. The role also includes driving continues improvements projects, bringing insight by doing cross mapping of KPIs, provide inputs to leadership for any leakage / productivity loss and drive Net Promoter Score for care function.Role and Responsibilities Support and enable geography teams for SR Life Cycle Management for: Work orders, Network, OTT Apps & Devices Design, Enable & publish dashboards Timely closure of state level. escalations Work closely with CS process owners for any process corrections Driving continuous improvements initiatives Giving inputs to leadership for any leakage / productivity loss Bring more automation in order to reduce manual efforts & further improve efficiency Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insights to various team for enhancing experience Incorporating customer feedback and VoC and further enhancing Net Promoter Score. Work closely with platform teams, NOC/TSG, Customer care and Home connect/care team for analyzing customer experience issue and creating improvement programmes around various functions. Creating Map Gap analysis Vis a Vis customer expectation.Key Skills Ability to engage and drive state teams Stakeholder management Communication and Interpersonal skills Person with good background of understanding data analytics and can help to determine customer experience scorecards Good Understanding of Customer Experience , care and other related functions Understand customer feedback & requirements,
