Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forMANAGER HR & ADMINSTRATIONTo lead the HR department and bring in a culture of efficiency, teamwork and high work ethics among the entire workforceRecruitment:Institute systems and protocols for sourcing top class personnel across the organisation.To have and develop sources and contacts across the spectrum of employees from worker to Senior ManagersImprove upon the recruitment and interview methods and SOPs to enable hiring high calibre personnelImprove upon the systems for on boarding employees and closely monitoring them for the first six monthsShould be able to headhunt favourablyTraining:Monitor the skill matrix across all departments and categories and identify training needsDeveloping, executing and monitoring programmes across departments for trainingbased on the needs identified as well as soft skillsWork on improving the culture and work ethics at EMPL and bring around the deficient employees by regular counselling, mentoring or training - internal or externalEnsure high productivity by motivating workforce - not only workers but staff as wellReviews and salary structure:Improve upon review systems every quarter or half yearly and annuallySalary structure to be well defined across departments and categories to make it less man dependentBe aware about current market scenario and salaries across industry and competitorsAdministration and SOPsAll general admin work across the organisationBe able to understand the process and oversee instituting of SOPs across the organisationCompliance to all statutory laws - ensure timely renewals and proper monitoring of all therelated regulationsPrepare and submit timely and meaningful MIS COMPETENCIES:Well versed in labour and all related lawsBe knowledgeable and aware about general processes across departmentsShould be able to inspire confidence among workers and staff alike as the go to confidantEfficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effortHonesty & Integrity: Holds very high standards and does not cut corners ethically.
