Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Title : Digital Campaign ManagerBusiness Unit (PA) : Retail MarketingTeam : Campaign ManagementJob Purpose1.Drive Campaign Revenue ( Rs.25-30 cr.) through analytical campaigns. Understand business objective & design campaign framework2.Contribute significantly to Business ( 1-2 products) through direct marketing channels3. Drive campaign Relevance through micro segmentation & targeted communication using customer demog, psychographics, behavioral, product affinity, shopping preferences, channel affinity & analytical scorecards4. Analyze campaign results & share learnings with stakeholders on what is working/ not working. Accordingly design next campaignJob Responsibilities:Drive business objective through effective digital campaigns

  • Understand business objectives for assigned portfolio(s)/product(s)
  • Drive significant contribution to portfolio for 1-2 products
  • Achieve incremental campaign revenue target of Rs. 20-30 cr.
Portfolio Management & significant Impact
  • Major contributor to Portfolio for assigned products with end-to-end campaign planning, innovation and execution
Design & Execute campaign
  • Understanding business objective for the campaign
  • Define the target audience - segments and persona basis analytical inputs
  • Decide channel mix to improve reach & relevance
  • Execute hyper personalized campaigns for the consumer at the right time through the right channel.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create more contextual & relevant campaign plan and communication
Drive campaign efficiencies & continuous improvement through robust campaign measurement metrics
  • Active participation in Hypothesis creation and execution of Testing frameworks Experiment & Scale - Testing of segments, communication, offer, approach, channels Launch timely mails to product and other Stakeholders with monthly campaign plan and calendar
  • Share post Campaign analysis & campaign learning/ Working/ Not working campaign every month to product & internal team
