    Marketing Engineer/ExecutiveAs a Marketing Engineer/Executive, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the tendering process for our organization. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements, and maximizing our chances of winning contracts.Responsibilities:1. Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, finance, legal, and technical departments, to gather essential information and expertise for tender submissions.5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while preparing tender documents.6. Review and Edit: Review and edit the content of proposals to maintain consistency, clarity, and accuracy, showcasing our organizations strengths effectively.7. Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with the finance team to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with the tenders specifications and our business objectives.8. Communication: Act as the point of contact for all tender-related communication with clients and relevant stakeholders, providing prompt responses to queries and clarifications.9. Tender Tracking: Monitor and track tender opportunities, ensuring no potential bid opportunities are missed.10. Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of tender activities, including success rates, bid feedback, and performance metrics.11. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, business administration, marketing2. Experience: Proven experience in handling tender processes.3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.4. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tender submissions simultaneously.5.
