Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Job Opening for DevOps Engineer- Airoli location- ITWork from OFFICEExp Level - 3 - 6 yrsTechnical Skills - Terraform & AWS mandatoryLooking for immediate joiner/ 15 days NPResponsibilities
    • Applies full understanding of the business, the customer and the solutions thata business offers to effectively design, develop and implement application
    • build automation, tools and processes that enable highly available, scalable &reliable customer experiences.
    • Implements repeatable and maintainable procedures.
    • Develops and maintains automated, zero-downtime deployment capability inan always-on SaaS environment.
    • Helps IT OPS to manage monitoring solutions to aid in the rapid notificationand resolution of incidents.
    • Drives improvement within and across teams.
    • Supports an On-Call schedule for Operations.
    • Owns received tickets from the first contact up to the resolution, whether directlyresolved or through within the team.
    Requirements
    • The successful candidate must have all the following requirements:
    • experience with RHEL v5 (and newer) (command line)
    • Sys Admin/Ops Engineer or Software development experience
    • Scripting (bash, Python, .vbs, .bat, PERL, Ruby) experience
    • Experience with Jenkins and Ansible or other automation tools
    • Experience with Windows Server 2008 R2 and newer
    • Experience with Apache Web Services, Load Balancing and ReWrite Rules
    • Experience with JBoss, Oracle environments
    • Experience supporting a SaaS offering
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as required
    • Experience deploying virtualized environment like VMWare
    • Configure monitoring with meaningful and actionable alerts using Nagios,Splunk or similar tools
    • Completion of routine service and incident requests within the Service Level
    Objectives
    • Maintain capabilities for zero downtime during deployments
    • Develop living playbooks to improve repeatability and reduce incidents
    • Implement process improvements and enhanced operational efficiencies
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    AdditionalExperience LDAP, DNS (AD and BIND) Experience with Windows 7 (and higher) support Experience managing and maintaining Windows active directory Technically competent with networking technologies (e.g., routers, switches,firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, etc.) and able to install and configure network andsecurity devices is a big plus F5 global and local load balancers, security components such as ASA Firewalls,IDS/IPS devices, and VPNs are a big plus Technical design and implementation plans for application migration, roll-backplans, expansion, routine deployments, and system upgrades ITIL / ITSM process experience and understanding is helpful.Also having experience into AWS or Azure would be an added advantage.We request you to go through the JD& if this job description suits your profile & you are looking for a change then revert with the following details.1.Current CTC -2.Expected CTC -3.Current In Hand Salary -4.Notice period -5.Total Experience in DevOps-6.
