Job Description

Opening for Sales & Business Development Head for well known CompanyLocation : BandraExperience : Minimum 2 - 3 yearsQualification : BCOM or EquivalentSalary : 4L - 10L p.a-

  • Sales: To achieve sales target through direct retail sales, selling education & training modules.
  • Channel development: To generate leads by forming partnerships with salons, cosmetologists, dermatologists & Tattoo Parlors
  • Customer Management: Excellent customer relationship and handling skills
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets eg. Develop Franchisee business etc.
  • Team Leadership: Should either have experience of handling team or should be willing to team as the business grows. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Soft skills required
  • Multitasker Self-Motivated with go getter attitude Entrepreneurial attitude to grow the business Strategic and Analytical thinker with good business acumen
  • Strong sales achievement record
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed with Social Media Marketing & MS Office
