Job Description

    Job Responsibilities :
    • Research and Development on current events and updating the same to Director.
    • Vendor Management.
    • Celebrity & Artist Management.
    • Update on the latest Event technologies.
    • Coordination with clients & Vendors (externally) and Client servicing Department / Creative Department (internally)
    • Manpower management.
    • Making PowerPoint presentations as per client brief.
    • Contribute with cost-effective and realistic ideas in the concept ideation process.
    • Maintaining minutes during client meetings.
    • Accurate communication of work brief from Client Servicing Department to Director.
    • Venue recce prior to events and execution of events.
    • Updating and upkeep of event videos and photographs in the company database.
    • Making Estimates for Event.
    • Know-how of event fabrication & production.
    • Know-how of Event Technician.
    • Making post-profit estimates.
    Expectation :
    • Complete Event Production && Operations Knowledge, and effective know-how of material sourcing.
    • Should be Presentable and able to communicate in English and Hindi. Know-how of local language is beneficial.
    • Making Estimates.
    • Own set of vendors, Vendor Management.
