Job Description

    A Repute Company from the Bollywood Industry are looking for Civil Engineers for Building construction Work in Mumbai limit for their New Construction ProjectsJob Profile
    • The Candidate would be primarily responsible for overseeing the building of large construction projects and commercial structures,
    • The candidate would be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.
    • The Candidate would supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
    • The Candidate should be able to liaise with BMC and manage the BMC Permissions
    • The Candidate should be able to conduct Structural Audits
    • The Candidate should be able to handle Procurement.
    • The Candidate should be able to oversee Civil construction.
    • The Candidate should be able to take Care of Settlements
    • The Candidate should be able to review land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues.
    • The Candidate should manage on-site construction crews.
    • The Candidate would be responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with inspectors and architects, meeting with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors.
    • The Candidate should generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs.
