Job Description

Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager/ GM-Marketing - Pharmaceutical Industry : MumbaiGraduate/PG with MBA + 6 to 12 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry ;Preferably should have handled - Antibiotics, Critical Care or Multispecialty Products ;Would be responsible for :- Product Training & Product Positioning ;- Define the Product Strategy and roadmap ;- Strategizing & implementing product visual aid & leave behind literatures ;- Design and implement innovative campaigns with efficient monitoring of ROI generation- Good networking and KOL and KBL connect.- Monitoring product secondary sales trend and strategizing, suggesting & implementing ;- Product Training to the Sales Team ( Freshers to Sales Managers/ASM etc. ) ;

  • Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product (includes printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers)
  • Providing product data to enable field force up-to-date knowledge of company and competitors
  • Closely liaise with field force to assess response of promotional material and activities
  • Providing communication material to field force for conducting scientific meetings with KOLs
  • Training and developing sales force on product, competitor and brand messaging
  • Designing of questionnaire for market research to assess customer perception about the product ;
  • Liaising with agencies regarding product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences
  • Development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing ;
  • Implementation of strategy in the CRMs, CMEs, RTMs, and doctor seminars ;
  • Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor
