Job Description

  • To raise Raw material as per planning to warehouse and ensure its receipts in plant
  • To ensure that manpower is distributed as per priority in production plan and related
Activity
  • To instruct operator about the critical parameter of process and verify the same
  • To ensure quality and out of product are as per standard norms if any deviation,
Investigate and revert to Plant in-charge
  • To involve the planning and to ensure completion of targeted production figure
  • To crosscheck that instruction in BPRs and SOPs are followed judiciously
  • To ensure very high standard of housekeeping in Plant PPA area
  • To educate/train operator in safe handling of chemicals and equipments so as to prevent
Accident
  • To train operator in effective usage of PPEs in plant.
  • To ensure no spillage of solvents, solid materials and product layer on floor
  • Equipment Handling: 1) Reactor (m.s, S.S & Glass) and A.N.F.
2) Distillation- Thermopac3) Centrifuse & Dryer (tray)
