    • Serve as the link between company and its contractors for construction projects.
    • Should have knowledge of construction materials & terminologies.
    • Should be honest & serve with integrity.
    • Must be good at understanding client requirements.
    • Should be able to understand and prepare Gantt chart.
    • Should be a go getter and adhere to the timeline.
    • Should have good communication skills.
    • Must be able to understand things in the right perspective.
    • Position will be based in Mumbai but travelling to Surat/Navsari projects will be needed.
    • Should have at least 4-5 years experience in handling projects.
